Marc a exerc\u00e9 comme contr\u00f4leur a\u00e9rien ; il a travaill\u00e9 au sein de la DSNA (prestataire de service de navigation a\u00e9rienne) sur les a\u00e9roports de Paris CDG, Toulouse Blagnac et Paris Le Bourget. Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re comme op\u00e9rationnel il a occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes d\u2019encadrement souvent en lien avec la formation des contr\u00f4leurs a\u00e9riens. Il a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 pendant cinq ans \u00e0 la DSAC (Autorit\u00e9 de surveillance) comme chef du p\u00f4le des aptitudes des personnels de la navigation a\u00e9rienne plus particuli\u00e8rement en charge des licences ATCO et de la surveillance de la formation des contr\u00f4leurs a\u00e9riens.
