{"id":3357,"date":"2020-03-25T22:25:09","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T20:25:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/?p=3357"},"modified":"2020-07-07T16:18:30","modified_gmt":"2020-07-07T14:18:30","slug":"met-enhanced-atfcm-un-outil-de-rd-dedie-a-la-convection-par-fracs-et-metsafe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/fr\/2020\/03\/25\/met-enhanced-atfcm-un-outil-de-rd-dedie-a-la-convection-par-fracs-et-metsafe\/","title":{"rendered":"MET Enhanced ATFCM &#8211; un outil de R&#038;D d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la convection, par FRACS et METSAFE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements\nm\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques s\u00e9v\u00e8res sont la premi\u00e8re cause de retard du trafic&nbsp;: le\ngestionnaire du r\u00e9seau europ\u00e9en, le Network Manager, a observ\u00e9 4,8&nbsp;millions\nde minutes de retard d\u00fb \u00e0 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o pour le trafic en route en 2018, ce qui repr\u00e9sente\n25&nbsp;% du trafic a\u00e9rien total retard\u00e9 au niveau en route. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9vision des \u00e9v\u00e9nements\nm\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques \u00e0 une heure et son extension \u00e0 l\u2019horizon de 3&nbsp;heures est\nactuellement couverte par les produits et outils existants, tandis qu\u2019il existe\nun important manque de fiabilit\u00e9 des produits de pr\u00e9vision m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique au-del\u00e0\nde cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les contr\u00f4leurs du\ntrafic a\u00e9rien d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre capables d\u2019absorber le trafic pr\u00e9vu avec 6&nbsp;heures\nd\u2019anticipation, il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de leur fournir des donn\u00e9es\nm\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques fiables et tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises pour une meilleure prise de d\u00e9cision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FRACS, le bureau d\u2019expertise et de conseil de l\u2019aviation civile fran\u00e7aise, et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metsafeatm.com\">METSAFE<\/a> fournisseur de services m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques innovants pour la gestion du trafic a\u00e9rien, combinent leur expertise <a href=\"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/fr\/2020\/01\/07\/bilan-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">depuis 2019<\/a>&nbsp;dans le cadre du d\u00e9fi th\u00e9matique SESAR Engage \u00ab\u2009Fourniture et utilisation efficaces des informations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques pour la gestion du trafic a\u00e9rien\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de ce\nprojet est de concevoir et de valider un produit de convection R&amp;D d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0\nl\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019ATFCM (Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management), avec l\u2019objectif\nde fournir des informations m\u00e9t\u00e9o fiables \u00e0 un horizon temporel de 6&nbsp;heures.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices\nattendus pour le contr\u00f4le du trafic a\u00e9rien sont une augmentation du niveau de\ns\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une am\u00e9lioration de la performance globale du syst\u00e8me de gestion du\ntrafic gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fourniture de donn\u00e9es m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques fiables et pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des pr\u00e9visions d\u2019orages\npour la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Europe bas\u00e9es sur plusieurs mod\u00e8les m\u00e9t\u00e9o, actualis\u00e9es et valables\njusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019horizon +6&nbsp;heures, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournies sous forme de web service\nSWIM pour le centre de contr\u00f4le de l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien sup\u00e9rieur de Reims (UAC \u2013\nUpper Area Control Centre). <em>\u00ab\u2009Ces informations contribuent fortement \u00e0 la\npr\u00e9vision de l\u2019impact op\u00e9rationnel induit par les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques et\nfacilitent les activit\u00e9s de planification tactique de l\u2019ATFCM\u2009\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare\nG\u00e9rald R\u00e9gniaud, chef adjoint des services de la circulation a\u00e9rienne de l\u2019UAC\nde Reims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de ce\nprojet contribueront \u00e9galement aux initiatives SESAR li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement des\nservices m\u00e9t\u00e9o et du SWIM. Au-del\u00e0 du projet de R&amp;D, il existe une\nopportunit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9voluer vers un produit industriel et op\u00e9rationnel par son\nint\u00e9gration dans les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le du trafic a\u00e9rien ou les solutions\nembarqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les prochaines \u00e9tapes consisteront \u00e0 int\u00e9grer plusieurs informations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques pr\u00e9cises et fiables dans un outil centralis\u00e9 de pr\u00e9vision des impacts m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion du trafic a\u00e9rien, comme VIGIAERO, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par METSAFE. <em>\u00ab\u2009Combiner plusieurs pr\u00e9visions et \u00e9valuations des risques m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques permettra de mieux planifier les modifications de routes dans le but d\u2019\u00e9viter les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.
