En effet, les capteurs utiles \u00e0 la navigation des v\u00e9hicules deviennent alors moins efficaces et engendrent des limitations d\u2019exploitation. L\u2019usage de tels v\u00e9hicules autonomes, n\u00e9cessitant un fort investissement initial, ne peut s\u2019envisager en op\u00e9rationnel que s\u2019il n\u2019est pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement g\u00ean\u00e9 par des conditions adverses.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Cas d\u2019usage propos\u00e9s par le projet AWARD<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5638\" src=\"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award1-1030x867.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"867\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award1-1030x867.png 1030w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award1-300x253.png 300w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award1-768x646.png 768w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award1-705x593.png 705w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award1.png 1213w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4 cas d\u2019usage \u00e9taient envisag\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement de transporteurs dans les entrep\u00f4ts et les installations industrielles (FACTORY),<\/li>\n<li>des services de navettes de hub \u00e0 hub sur route ouverte (LOGISTICS HUB),<\/li>\n<li>le transport des bagages dans les a\u00e9roports (AIRPORT),<\/li>\n<li>les op\u00e9rations de transfert de conteneurs et de chargement des navires dans les ports (PORT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019apport de FRACS et du STAC porte naturellement sur les cas d\u2019usage a\u00e9ronautiques et notamment l\u2019insertion de ces v\u00e9hicules dans les op\u00e9rations a\u00e9roportuaires.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de FRACS et du STAC a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition initiale des cas d\u2019usage, mais surtout \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une approche r\u00e9glementaire s\u2019appuyant sur les derni\u00e8res avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et notamment les \u00e9tudes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des risques sur une plateforme a\u00e9roportuaire en s\u2019inspirant fortement des \u00e9volutions en cours pour la gestion des drones.<\/p>\n<p>Il est n\u00e9cessaire, pour permettre l\u2019introduction de tels v\u00e9hicules autonomes, de ne pas venir en contradiction des r\u00e9glementations existantes sur les a\u00e9roports, mais d\u2019en utiliser intelligemment toutes les flexibilit\u00e9s. Ainsi, comme pour les drones, c\u2019est l\u2019op\u00e9ration qui se voit \u00e9valu\u00e9e dans son potentiel de risque.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0, les applications a\u00e9roportuaires des v\u00e9hicules autonomes peuvent sans doute \u00eatre class\u00e9es en grandes cat\u00e9gories, rappelant ainsi la cat\u00e9gorisation en sc\u00e9narios utilis\u00e9e pour les drones volants.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5636 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award-1030x616.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"616\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award-1030x616.png 1030w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award-768x460.png 768w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award-705x422.png 705w, https:\/\/fracs.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Award.png 1173w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sur l\u2019a\u00e9roport, on pourrait envisager 4 cat\u00e9gories d\u2019application\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le nettoyage ou la d\u00e9tection d\u2019objet sur la piste, le contr\u00f4le des aides visuelles ou le d\u00e9neigement de la piste\u00a0: neutralisation de la piste n\u00e9cessaire, mais navigation rapide et pr\u00e9cise du v\u00e9hicule possible pour \u00eatre efficace\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le guidage n\u00e9cessitant des transferts sur taxiway\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0follow-me\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0Taxi bot\u00a0\u00bb, \u2026\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9givrage des avions, le d\u00e9neigement des voies de circulation et de l\u2019aire de trafic, les tondeuses des zones enherb\u00e9es, les v\u00e9hicules incendies\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des applications sur les aires de stationnement comme le transport de bagages ou de passagers, le catering et autres services aux a\u00e9ronefs n\u00e9cessitant de g\u00e9rer les fortes interactions possibles avec les autres intervenants sur ces m\u00eames aires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet AWARD devrait arriver \u00e0 son terme \u00e0 la mi-2024. Il nous aura permis d\u2019approcher les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation de ce type de v\u00e9hicules et de gagner en expertise.
