DSNA Services at a Seminar on Airport management in Bogota, Colombia

The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority and its French counterpart are very proud to have co-organized on 30-31 March 2017 in Bogota a Seminar on Airport Management in a global context of traffic growth.
This Seminar involving speakers from Aeronáutica civil, Airbus, DGAC, DSNA Services, Egis, Enac, Navblue, Thalès, Copa Airlines, SITA and RunwaySafe was a great opportunity to discuss some key topics supporting the safe growth of the Civil Aviation aviation in Colombia. A-CDM, change management, training, airport certification, PBN, crisis management…were some of the topics presented by the local and international speakers.
Colombia has an average traffic growth of 10%, El Dorado airport is the 3rd airport in Latin America in terms of passengers, 2nd in terms of flight movements and 1st for the freight. Airport capacity will be a critical issue in the coming years to support a sustainable traffic growth in Colombia.
DSNA Services, the expertise and consultancy office of the French Civil Aviation Authority was pleased to share its knowledge and experience gained through international projects.
DSNA Services has been selected by IATA to train Bogota air traffic controllers in the frame of the implementation of new procedures to optimize the Bogota TMA.
