Meet the Operations Team: the Leader of Our International Mission
In the challenging world of consulting, rigour, responsiveness, and expertise are essential qualities to meet client needs and conduct complex projects. This is precisely the mission of our Operations team, composed of three project managers and one project coordinator. Together, they are the driving force behind our international activities, providing end-to-end support from prospecting to project completion.
A team structured around a geographical area
Our three project managers, Marie, Marc, and Gabriel are all responsible for a specific geographical area. This regional distribution enables them to focus fully on their sector, and to better understand the specific local features and regulations of each country. It also fosters a close relationship with local partners and aviation authorities, ensuring flexible, responsive management adapted to each situation. Despite this organization, our team remains agile, adjusting project management between regions according to individual workloads.
Mélanie, our project coordinator, plays a cross-functional role. A true facilitator, she centralizes information and ensures that projects run smoothly. She also maintains contact with our experts, keeping an up-to-date database of their CVs and running webinars for them.
A rigorous 5-step process
The work of the operations team follows a well-defined five-step process
- Market research and international monitoring: The operations team conducts an active search for civil aviation tenders, identifying development opportunities worldwide.
- Client needs analysis: Once an opportunity has been identified, the team makes sure it fully understands the customer’s technical and strategic expectations in order to formulate a relevant response that meets their needs.
- Expert mobilization: The team identifies and selects the right experts, mainly from the French Civil Aviation Authority whose skills correspond exactly to the customer’s requirements, drawing on its vast network.
- Proposal writing: The project manager then draws up a customized offer, taking into account the specific features of the customer’s request. Here, the team of experts will play an essential role in supporting the project manager in drafting the technical part.
- Follow-up and project fulfillment: Once the project has been launched, the project manager provides operational follow-up, ensuring the quality of services and customer satisfaction until the end of the assignment.
